Its been a long time coming, I have been waiting for this day for over 3 years now!!! My tiny kitchen shines like a bran new penny...
Lets get straight to it:
Command central on the side of the fridge...
DAM backsplash, my worst nightmare :(
I'd rather tile the floor twice than do a backsplash...
o yea, if you have dark cabinets, this is a must. They show almost everything, but this little buddy makes everything good again. Thank God!!
Glass cabinet for a little glam. The boob light is getting replace but I can't find anything that I like, I am contemplating a track light system, but I cant make up my mind...
crown moulding...base of cabinet moulding, makes for a nice finished look...
and lastly the biggest sink anyone has ever seen, I freaking love it, it fits every dish in my house!!
And can we just forget the before? Please???
Thanks so much for sticking with me.. Tutorials on the way!!
Have a great day!!

A little hard work and some elbow grease. Looks great.
Your kitchen is gorgeous and love, love your granite. The lighter granite color with the black cabinets looks amazing. It was so worth it, wasn't it? You can come and do mine now :)
Congrats, so well worth it!

Hi there I am wandering if your countertops are laminate or real granite? And you what you had to do to get that nice seamless counter edge around your undermount sink?
Thanks
Well hey there!!
They are real granite that I purchased at home depot. Home Depot subs out their work to local companies. My installers were excellent.
As far as the seams, installation is really important. Alot of contractors will place the seam in the middle of the sink to minimize the "amount" of seam. However, my isntallers are completely against that. Putting a seam in the middle of the sink just weakens that already weak area. Quality of the seam is very important also, make sure you watch for imperfections. Also, the base cabinets being level is impartant. They can work around imperfections but its best to take your time to level properly.
Hope I answered all of your questions!!
Hi. I would love to know the color of your walls, backsplash tile and where you purchased floor tile and name or color.
Thanks for reading! The color of the walls is pensive sky by Bher. The backsplash is from lowes, it's just their off the shelf white subway tile. The floor tile was from Home Depot. I'm not sure of the name. Just standard ceramic (cheap) tile. It wasn't white but more of a cream.
Your kitchen is beautiful and it inspired us. Ours will look very similar to yours. If I may ask, are the cabinets stained or painted? We had ours stained, but we are not very pleased on how they turned out. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
These cabinets were stained a very dark brown. I think I would prefer stain. Our cabinets in our new house are painted and I found both easy to deal with.
Alyssa
Thanks!!!
